Can pickup a 08 xpeed 250i for next to nothing....guy said it needs a fuel pump and only one ive seen is 275$ Only reason i want this is for the engine so i can do an engine swap on my crossfire 150cc dune buggy. Any ideal how much pressure the stock pump puts out and where i could find something like a in line pump that would work? Get it, fuel pumps are relatively cheap. If the gas tank on the buggy was above the carb you do not even need a pump.

Injection needs a pump,,,, I'm sure any decent auto parts store pump with 20 psi would work in a pinch with a tunable regulator If an original replacement can't be sourced

Question is will those supply enough pressure? This is fuel injected.

Guess we need some one with EFI experience to chime in. Possibly you might check to see some jap EFI bikes or scooters with it to list check out specs in a service manual for the same. I doubt if one brand is going to be much different than another.
I just checked the manual for the majesty I used to own, it specifies 35 to 36 lbs.

Check ebay motorcycle parts search for efi fuel pumps. Quickly checking I find some starting at $19.95 $29 95 $39 and so on. I would buy one for as small an engine as you find or close to 250 cc. A large engine pump probably won't be happy feeding a 250.
