Hey all, thanks in advance for your help I will try to be brief in d receiving my issue.

I was given a 2004 Hyosung SF50 that had no spark. I have torn it down and discovered that the voltages and resistances the stator produces/has is out of spec based on the manual. The problem is this is an old style stator with no external pickup coil. The pickup coil is internal (see pictures as the extra coil is actually the pickup). My question is I can't find this style of stator anywhere. Does anyone know if I can upgrade the stator to the normal design with an external pickup as you'll notice on the motor there is a place to mount one. I would love to find a replacement in kind but can't source one. Another option I have considered is rewinding it myself but I'm not to that point yet. Thanks for your help!

looks like a moped stator; treatland.com may have what you're looking for.

After not being to find a reasonably priced replacement. Does anyone know if it would be possible to swap from the current coil design to one that is still a 2 coil but with an external mounting ignition coil?

Don't pay attention to the mounting holes. I will find one that works.

Thanks in advance, I didn't think it would be so difficult to find a 2 coil stator with an internal ignition coil.
