I have a standard 13x3.50 tire on my scooter now what's the biggest tire that will fit the rim and clear the motor ofcourse

Measure the tire on it now, measure how much clearance you now have. Then look up the metric tires diameter and go from there. Most tires are listed as metric sizes and just about impossible to compare diameters. I would do a circumference measurement on yours and convert to diameter.

I've got a 157QMJ long case, and the stock tire was a 130/60-13. I now run a Shinko 140/60-13 in the rear and a Shinko 120/70-13 in front (matching set, which I HIGHLY recommend). After over a year of DAILY riding, they still have plenty of tread, and I don't see myself ever buying anything else! Hope this helps.
