Im not sure if this is a stupid question or not but I am planning to replace my 50cc scooter battery and im wondering if I should consider something else since its no longer a 50cc. I recently put a 100cc big bore kit. Stick with the same battery part # or something else? Battery part # YTX7A-BS

Just get a "good" battery this time with as many cranking amps as a battery that will fit has. OEM chinese batterys usually are not very good. I like top of the line yuasa.
