I got a new head to replace my current one with the stripped exhaust stud hole. I'm wondering if I need to clean up the intake and exhaust ports. They look a little rough Or will they be ok as is. What's the safest way to clean these up? I'm afraid I'd loose control of my Dremel and screw something up. Can this be done with some sandpaper?

Biggest deal is that the intake port matches the manifold and there are no bad ridges or mold marks that stick out. All the rest of porting is a waste of time unless you did all the rest of the stuff for racing and when you stop and figure all you have is a tiny chinese gy6 just stop and ride it as is.
