I have a 50cc sunl scooter and it's getting way to much oil. I pulled the carb off and the float bowl is fill of oil, I put a match to the mixture and couldn't even get it to ignite. I can get it to run if I spray starter fluid or carb cleaner into the carb however oil is spraying out of the exaust. Is there a way to adjust the auto oiler? Any ideas of why this is happening?

Time to take the auto oiler off the bike and disassemble it to find out what's wrong,,, probably a spring broke,,, as a side you can cap off the oilers mounting position on the engine and just premix like the olden days,,, it's not that much trouble ,,,!i ran two strokes for years and removed the oil injection and premixed,,, easy peasy baby

Newbie here. The auto oiler is under the side cover correct? The tube from the oil tank goes to the side cover by the rear wheels. I'll have to take that off correct? On the carb there are only two lines to the gas tank...

Should be right by the carb but yes follow the oil feed line and you'll find the pump/ injector

The lines (2)lead to what I'm assuming is a pump on the back tire aria. There are 2 screws that hold it on. The oil for the gearbox is behind it. There is a flat plate on the end of the pump with 2 screws on it. What am I looking for to rebuild or adjust it?

Take it apart to see if one of the springs is broken or a check valve is stuck open,,,,,be careful,,,there are springs and small parts inside,,,don't let stuff go flying

In my experience taking it off or disconecting it is by far the best way to go. If it failed and you get to much oil your engine wins but if it had failed the other way you would be crying about a stuck engine or one that has no compression and either case would be needing a new engine.
when I was a kid my first ride was a james motorcycle with a 125cc villiers engine. It was worn out badly but as long as I put oil in the gas it ran. So easy to do. Can carry a little plastic bottle of chainsaw oil that holds a once or so of oil and just enough to use on a full tank of gas and if you get a half a tank at the gas station dump half into the tank.
A friend recently took his boat out. He had to get towed back as the oil pump had died and the 4cyl motor was stuck. Talk about a crybaby! I would cry too as he replaced with a used motor for a couple thousand and was cheaper than repair.

I got it to run!!! For about 5 min it ran perfect. I shut it down, started to put plastic on it. Tried to start it again and no spark. That's the 3rd igniton coil.

I left it outside that night as punishment. Found out the spark plug cap was missing the spring and holder. I got one from an old ignition coil I had. I had spark again. Added oil to the gas and it runs! Put about 15 km on it. The oiler is still seeping oil but by mixing it I'm ok. Tops out at 27mph. Any ideas on going faster?

Drain oil and fuel tanks,,, cap off the oil tank premix a fresh batch of new fuel (make sure you keep a container of oil in storage on the bike,,, enough to make two or three tankfuls),,,I'll wager a guess that the muffler is plugged with oil you need to run it to get it hot,, I mean hot hot,,,check the air filter,,, make sure it's clean,,, that's a start

Unless the oil tank is a visual nice to look at thing I would just get rid of it entirely. As cyborg says the muffler is probably gunked up. 40 to 1 or even 50 to 1 mix is fine. 40/1 is 3.2 oz to a gal and 50/1 is 2.6 to a gal. I always just liked carrying enough oil for one full tank so if I bought a half a tank I would dump 1/2 the oil in after filling, my brain doesn't like complicated calculations!
56 years ago I think most of the oil I used was settled out drain oil I got for free at the corner gas station. Not sure they even had 2 stroke oil in them days.

In my youth I used drain oil from a trucking firm for chain saws, tractors and other stationary engines. Latter for snowmobiles and my scooter. When I was old enough to get a summer job the government made it illegal for the trucking firm and auto repair shops to sell old oil to individuals. Only to refiners.

The hudson gas stations used to sell reclaimed oil, it was in racks by the pumps in 1 quart mason jars with a metal spout on it. was just as clean looking as new oil. It was so cheap you could afford to drive an oil burner car that used a couple quarts per tank of gas. We thought it was fun riding in a car that put up a smoke screen so thick you could hardly see if you were behind the smoker.
