2008 jonway 150cc.
Issue, stalls(shuts off) under load(driving).
Question, If the valves are to tight would the vacuum be low, causing the vacuum operated fuel valve to not stay open.
Observation, pulsing in the fuel line and filter. After stall, little to no fuel out of drain.
Thoughts?

Yes it can happen but my thoughts either the vac line or manifold is cracked or the vac fuel valve is bad

Maybe a weak Fuel Pump.
As for Valves what are they set at.
I changed mine to .005 (intake) .006 (exhaust) and mine is working just fine.

No fuel pump, gravity with vacuum valve.
Haven't gotten to valves yet.

Crap in tank partially blocking outlet? Tank vent working properly? Intake manifold in good shape and mounted securely? Sticky carburetor....when was it cleaned last? And yes, do check those valve clearances.
I just ran across another of your threads, in a different section of this forum.
Is this the same scooter that had the cracked, leaking fuel tank.....the one you sealed up with some sort of epoxy?

Thanks for all the responses.
Tank was removed to perform epoxy application. Tank flushed throughly and dried. Epoxy was spread sparingly over cracks, and vacuum applied through filler neck with all connections plugged.
Epoxy did not show any sign of crevices that would indicate breakthrough into tank, so I'm confident no issue there. As a precaution a plastic straw was inserted in gas line connection about 3" in depth.
Carb was gone through before tank leak was discovered, but I will pull it again.
The scooter only shows 149 km on odometer but I do not know it's history. The odometer and speedometer do register on short rides.
Intake doesn't show obvious signs of cracks, and is metal inside.
New vacuum fuel valve, clear hoses, new clear fuel filter.
I think I covered all your suggestions, which were excellent.

Does anyone have an idea how much fuel a 150cc carb should hold.
I plan on bypassing the vacuum valve and measuring the amount of fuel in the bowl with the drain.

Maybe the float is set too low and it's not filling the bowl before it shuts off the flow,,,
