Yo, wat up That mess look like a chinese scooter without the plastic. The number of your motor will be down at the bottom on the left side of the engine. It is Stamped. As for Manufacture just remember nothing on a chinese scooter is just a bunch of parts put together. I get all kind of parts for my mess here powersportsmax.com/Peace Out!

Maybe a weak Fuel Pump.
As for Valves what are they set at.
I changed mine to .005 (intake) .006 (exhaust) and mine is working just fine.

Very Good. I'm going to do a experiment and set my intake at .005 and exhaust at .006. I was told by a parts dealer that I may get more power that way. see, it wasn't hard and you didnt act like a bonehead on it. hows it sound now? .004 in .003 out tried .004 on both and it was loud on tick not clanky but it was to loud. Is this to tight? it doesn't turn off turns right on. thanks again you all

I imagine so guy. It would be a good idea to put the cover back on so u don't sling oil out. Put on bolt on bottom left and top right. just snug them up. I hope I am wrong but if that is not it a It may be a I hope I am wrong but that what it kind of sounds like the more you listen to it. i hope not it only has 1400 miles the sound only happened right after adjust before she would purrr but would have trouble staying on and i found that the adjustment was super tight the rocker would not even move a little on tdc will post a video of sound after i adjust again I really hope elcamino's post is what you got going on. With only 1400 mile on it it's probably a valve adjustment.
Follow the prior instructions on the valve adjustment do some research on the gy6 settings either 3,4/000. Keep us Posted.

Yes, I have tried .003 on intake and .005 on exhaust. I have tried .004 on intake and .005 on exhaust. I have found that .004 on both intake and exhaust work good for me on a gy6 150cc. Thanks ill try that can i turn it on with only two screws in the valve cover just to hear it sound for a couple secs and redo if i must? I imagine so guy. I might be afraid on running that like that on your 8 mile run at 50mph. I think you may be really taking a chance on that. It sounds pretty rough.

Road Wolf, take a look at this link and go down to the 8th photo. Look at the holes and where positioned. I pull the plug and turn the hub with a rachet and socket to get into the proper position. I set mine at .004/000 on both exhaust and intake. I feel .005 is too much. www.chinesescooterreference.com/jr/Valve_Troubleshooting_Adjusting.pdfFollow the instructions.

I think I am going to consider the Exhaust Change and so some research on that to see if it will give me a little more.
As for a 250 that will have to wait. I had a wife misses a month and a half work to take care of my sorry Asz and that is the rest of the story.
I believe we are only 7 hrs apart. Im in So Eastern Oh. Tks for the Help too

I have replaced my stock air filter with this one along with the rejetting. Works out well too after seeing a setup. Now back to the Started out with the Moved up to a and changed the and it ran Wonderful but gained nothing on a hill. Now I currently have moved to a but now I do have a issue. I have pulled the plug to take a look at it which I will include a image And I never had the black carbon build up as i see here yet when I get to 3/4 throttle it will start to BoGG down. Now for the advice I am asking on this for I was warned a Could a possible problem here be with the ? My main goal is to get a little bit more speed on some of these hills I have here. 35 to 40 max. I can get around 52 mph on a straight stretch but but that is really pushing it on the "rpms" If I have to I can go back to the jet but I do like the way it does take off from a stop with the installed. So this is me and I am too so I think I need to lean out a little. Which way on the air/mix screw should I go please? My next step will be on considering on changing the Exhaust System from a Stock to a Performance Exhaust to relieve some of the Back Pressure but I imagine it will be alot louder. I just wish my would have went for the 250cc when I picked this up in 2012

Is that a inch and a half radiator hose? I got a filter enroute for Saturday just like that. Of course I will be rained in till next wed. . I did take the scooter out for a ride after the rejet raising from 102 to 110 did make a difference. Tad better on top end and bit more to it when on a hill. No speed record but better. Probably when I get it broke in it will move pretty well. 4 yrs old with 430 miles. .

I did take the advice and not go to big on the Jet. I Had a 102 so I moved to a 110 current. I was thinking of the 115 till i read the post on 20 to 30mph. It starts great and on the stand bogs just a tad on the beginning it may be too rich. I will attempt a 1/8 at a time on air mixture screw. Over all it was easy as pie.Only issue I have on mine is a crossmember in the frame need to be back a quarter inch and that would make it so much easier.
