I got to say I took a real Screwing from Scooter depot com. Wish I would have know of rip off reports then in 2012. My Sunny Style 150 arrived but only ran 174 miles before it died on me. I was disgusted with them on their tech support for a Monkey probably knew more. Recently I dug mine out of the Basement and did get it going. It was a Carb and Valve issue. I was able to find parts at PowerSportsMax and I did read a post of someone having trouble with the order. I panicked also, placed a order, tried to call, no response, cancelled the order and the next day reordered got my confirmation and items as promised arrived via USPS. I have never been able to make a landline contact with them but have placed 3 orders for parts and have been a happy camper ever since.

is it possibly a "burr" on the shaft. Did you try penatrating oil on it and let it set over night? I am not sure if Heat on the shaft would be the answer. I have not ran across this issue yet. My Chinese Scooter ran 174miles till it quit on me. I put mine in basement 2 years ago, then decided to get it running again which I did. But with good heads together maybe this will get figured out.

I imagine you have solved this but I had a problem similar. I did take the auto-choke out. I did notice you said it was tricky to get out. I Loosened the band clamp on the intake a little, jiggled my carb to a position so I could get both screws out then took out the Electric-auto choke. Then I induced 12v DC power to it. On the needle it should extend out all the way in say 1 min and 45 seconds. That would be the time it takes to actually warm the engine up. Hope it helps.

Just have to get the variator off, it's stuck on there. I'll rip it off with a wheel puller. I didn't try too hard, I was afraid of damaging something. But it's coming off, one way or another. I can't stand riding it like it is, so.... Hey Blu, I watch this dude on repairs on things for my scooter. He gave me some ideas to get mine running which it does now. Check out this video he has out on changing the variator. Change Variator

Got to admit I may be new to the forum but the Milano is a good looking one. linkI do like the LED Lights for less consumption on the battery and system. I found this forum, got my scooter running I had stored down in the basement, gonna be 65 today I may go for a spin to see if I got mine fixed or is it going to fail again.

I Had a Issue about the same. I checked a whole bunch of items and finally I found a video on youtube on adjusting the Valves. Very Simple to do. I set mine at .005 for intake and exhaust. As soon as I did this the scooter started right up. I only had 174 miles on mine when Mine just up a quit. valve adjustment
