I'm going to change the Jet size in my carb. I have a GY6 150cc and the carb has a factory installed. I was looking at the link in the library Carb Rejetting I did read thru it. I noticed he had a stock 107 Jet and did change it to a and I did notice he mentioned that should be the max jet for the and go no bigger. I am going to run a stock air cleaner untill I get a high end air filter. I was thinking of taking it to a till I read his suggestions. Does anyone think the 120 would be too much. I do live in a hilly, curvy part with a elevation of 1300 ft. tks Bonehead

I got a old Tabaggon keeping mine in a spot on my scooter. I imagine you could use what you say, but with the expanding foam I would put something like Card Board around the Battery so It does not stick to the Battery. But look here at this link Battery BoxHav a great day! Bonehead

I have had similar problems also. I am curious just where do you have the "air/mixture ratio" screw" set on the carb?
I have finally got mine adjusted and starting and stopping good now. I screwed mine in all the way and then turn counterclockwise 1 1/2 turns. Also what is the clearance on the Valves. I have found .004 thousandths to work the best. I tried .005 but that was a tad too much.

Had another issue with my Chinese Scooter. Ran great for 30 miles. Came home and shut off. Tried 15 minutes later and it would not start. I said screw it for a day.
Today I checked my valves and made sure both were set at .004 inch. My spark plug is set at .025. I had some trouble and did get it going today. My question now is when I go to start I have to give just a tad of fuel then let go turn the key and bingo runs. I have my idle set to on stand the back wheel is just wanting to turn but on one of Allys post he said just enough to get the rear wheel slightly moving. I have my air mixture set at about 1 1/2 turns. Why do i have to give it that tad of fuel when starting?

Hi Everyone, I may not have this posted in the proper thread for I do see a section for parts and scooters for sale but I am looking for a part. I have a 2012 DongFang 150cc Sunny Style Scooter. I Have finally got it running and put back together on the major repair I did on it but I cracked my Dag-on Red Tail Light Lense. Pic one Pic two Pic three Pic four This is a five pin connector The Crack Scooter Depot is out of business, DF.com is a Joke with nothing but a recorder. I have browsed and browsed the web but cannot find one like so. Most of the Major Vendors do not have this one. Anyone can help please feel free to reply. Best Regards, Bonehead
