I have a line on TWO 2008 Qlink 150cc Pegasus scooters for a REALLY good price. I don't expect them to be flawless, but here's the thing . . . About a month ago one of these came up for sale (same year and similar shape as these) over 300 miles away and was sold in less than 8 hours. These have been listed for almost a month and are still available. My question is, am I missing some mysterious little-known secret about these scoots? I mean, who WOULDN'T be interested in a 150cc water-cooled bike with 16" wheels?

The Pegasus was built by CF Moto. It was a solid bike built for the long haul. The only knock I ever heard about the line was that they used cap nuts on the cylinder through bolts that didn't tighten enough and led to some head gasket leaks. I think the fix was replacing the nuts with regular hex nuts. Otherwise they lasted a long time.

www.Alpha-sports.com is the distributor for CF Moto parts now. They are who I use all the time. Give them a call.

I’ve got a 2008 Qlink Pegasus I bought used. I bought it not running and without a battery. It was obvious someone had already been into the carburetor, because the intake boot was wedged off of it into the side. Also, one of the bolts that bolts down the intake manifold Is sheared off. I also got a Q link sienna with the scooter, the carburetor for the standard GY6 engine would not fit the Pegasus. After a ton of searching, I finally found one that appears to be the correct carburetor, but I have not been able to find a rebuild kit for it. Does anyone know where I might be able to find one? It’s a: Mikuni BS26-1242 I found one one the alpha-sports.com/cfmoto_parts.htm?q=cfmoto-parts-catalog Website, but only need a rebuild kit. I cleaned the carb and pulled some o-rings off the junk carb from the Sienna. It sounds like there’s an air leak. It’ll start and run, after it’s revved up it’s very slow to come back down to idle. Any suggestions or cross reference of a carb kit that would work?? Thanks
