So now that I finally completed my PDI and I have all the plastics mounted back up I went to go install my cargo box only to find:
1) I must be missing some nuts and bolts for the metal frame thing that sits on the rubber pieces. I will have to try and get some from Home Depot or something.
2) The holes on the metal frame thing don't line up exactly so I will need to bore it down a little with the drill or a metal file.
Did anyone else have this experience or am I just lucky here?

Well mine just straight up don't line up no matter how i orient it not to mention they gave me an assortment of bolts that is nothing like what the manual says i should have. It's close but not lining up, if I just chamfer one of the holes a little I should be ok. mine was already attached but if ur talking about the 4 screws to hold on trunk bracket mine are a little crooked! but it aint going nowhere the screws are so long thought about replacing with some shorter ones when I take it apart to rustolium paint it and the kick stand and center and any other spot I might find cause there paint rusted quick!

They are made to TRY and fit on any scoot or motorcyle so its the luck of the draw. The Chad Trunk I was able to line up between the spaces on my rear rack. But I got another Trunk with a spoiler and lights on the trunk itself and that One I had to Drill New Holes in my Rear Rack to mount the mounting plate. Alleyoop

HEHEHE!!! With our chino scoots I think most of us one time or another have had to fabricate to keep them in one piece, running or just because. Alleyoop

My Dad used to say - "Any idiot can make do with the right thing. It takes a true genius to improvise and make it work". I guess we're all Einsteins now.
