enough bad drivers out there with out compounding the problem with a drunk or a fool with a cell phone. part of the problem is the judges not doing their jobs. every day you read about a repeat offender with 3-4-5 dui's that did it again and now killed some one. I don't wish bad on some of the judges kin, but if a few of them were maimed or killed by drunks or cell/texters maybe the sentences would be more in line with the crime. john

My girlfriend has a friend out in california who is related to someone who died in that wreck.
The account I have heard was that the Honda driver was upset with the motorcycles going the speed limit and went to pass them as a group (there were 10) and was traveling at or around 100mph in the wrong lane when the driver who was apparently arrested in this story came into the picture. He apparently lost control of his vehicle and hit the motorcycles. The Honda driver NEVER STOPPED and no one got the license number.
Sad sad day indeed.
