This is my Oil Catch Tank I built for my 2 Longbo Scoots. When I have to empty them I'll probably add a petcock drain at bottom of tank for draining or possibly plumb it back to crankcase, I haven't decided yet..

That is quite clever, you should patent that. I went decidedly low tech on this. I attached a clear 3/16" fuel line to the breather and stuck a filter on the end. I leave a little dip in the line so I can see when oil accumulates: Then I hang it down to empty it and tuck it back behind the frame member:

Very ingenious! One of our customers shared this one with us recently. He used an old pill bottle and mini K&N. Small and to the point! Attachments:

Here is my version of the oil catch can. Very similar to the one kidnme's prototester used. (I posted it over on the dawg site when I did this a couple of years ago, I wonder where he got the idea ) Take a small K&N style filter and use the fittings to mount it on a plastic five hour energy bottle. Make the screw on top, the bottom of the catch can and you can just unscrew it and let oil drain out. Of course if you are tuned right, you will not be kicking out to much oil. I've been using this for a couple of years with no problem and it works great. This lets the crankcase breath when you take the stock air box off. One thing I forgot to take a pic of was to put in some stainless pot scrubber inside the bottle to help the oil cool and condense without a problem. Cheers!!!
