I can't speak about the Roketas but my Xpeed is heavier still (365 lbs dry weight + a little more for add ons). Additionally, it has a 14" rear and 13" front wheel. Compared to my old 150, it has a more stable, smoother and comfortable ride. The 150 had 13" front and rear. The handling is slightly better. About the only place I notice the extra weight and dislike it is when I have to push it around.

My Roketa Road Queen mc54b has a heck of a time with batteries, gone thru THREE Walmart "neverstart' batteries ES12bs, I had the clock and radio disconnected and it still dies a lot. I mean with a full charge overnight, it will die after going approx 5 miles. I have to disconnect the battery when I get anywhere and keep fingers crossed as it still leaves me stranded. I dont have access to any C4 explosives, so it still is around. I have thought seriously about getting a new stator installed and buying a better battery and keeping the wally btty in the boot charged up. PLUS I want to get some new battery cable just in case. Is all this necessary or is this one a lemon. any information would be appreciated. thanks, graybeard the stranded alot

Either you are not charging or have a short or both. I am leaning more towards the shorting nothing takes a battery down quicker than a short somewhere in the system. There are wiring diagrams for both style motors on the forum here. You are probably going to have to start ast one end of your wiring harness and go to the other to find the issue. Lots of good help here on the forum but you will need LOTS of patients.

Welcome to Scooter Doc, graybeard19. You definitely have an electrical issue. One good thing is that the scoot is operational so it probably isn't a short circuit in the wiring. Do all your lights and other electrical accessories work correctly? Sometimes the alarm system will draw down the battery excessively. Many people disconnect the alarm system because of this. You might want to start your own thread on this problem to give maximum exposure to other members and get the most help. l'm sure we can get this fixed. Again, welcome to the forum.
