Troops, I am in need of a 60mm Stroker Crank and MOTORI TEC INC., has them in Stock. They are made in Twain and are marked. I do not want to order one that was made in China with no markings, from what I have been reading the bearings are cheap plus the metal they use may not be up to par.
Has anyone had any dealings with this company good or bad.
OH AND DO THEY GIVE A DISCOUNT FOR MEMBERS??? Thanks Alleyoop

Well I emailed them and asked some questions and they responded right away. I ordered the 60mm Crank last night and this morning I had an email from them saying the Crank is being shipped out Monday and will take 4-7 days to get to my house. Alleyoop

Yes, I will let everyone know how it runs and top end speed, with the 16/37 taller tranny gears. With all that extra power it should have no problem pulling the taller gears.
Also MOTRI TEC INC, emailed me again here is there email: Alleyoop
Hello Al,
we are tough for past few years. in ebay and any auction web site all have cheap China made product. I know the guy selling China made crank on ebay. Because most parts maker don't want to sell parts to him. he will take sample parts and copy it in China. not sure why he want to do that. the famous scooter maker Piaggio. build factory in China from 2003, and retreat in 2006 then build another factory in Vietnam. because Chinese also can not trust they don't follow SOP (standard operation procedure) engine & scooter all have problem. business almost crash. the same problem with Honda & Yamaha. if you know KOSO & Stage6, motoforce(Germany) there cylinder kit & crankshaft from the same maker with mine. I also thinking selling some KOSO product on ebay too. we are testing there products this moment. the performance of variator are better than Dr pulley one. the Dr pulley variator too expensive ,compare the Cost/Performance I don't recommend. I am busy as the same with Carlos no time to visit scooterdoc. Carlos is my colleague. he is in business trip to cylinder maker & fuel injection system tunning company. will back to office soon. your crankshaft will ship out tomorrow (Monday). by the way, for tuning engine ;after upgrade cylinder or crankshaft.please change engine oil every 500KM or 320 miles because the engine will gain huge heat and make engine oil life shorter. also don't use car engine oil. the oil formula is different with motorbike & scooter engine. scooter engine idle speed about 1700~1800rpm.max rpm will be 9000~11000rpm car engine is 600rpm~850rpm max rpm will at 6500rpm. you can see the different. don't trust the owner manual of the oil change mileage.
cheers & have nice day. Peter Motoritec company

Yep, just got an email from Motor Tec, it was shipped and a tracking number.
I am getting excited now, I will call Jim and setup a day to make sure he will be there. It is a 400 mile trip ONE WAY and the U-Haul Motorcyle Trailer is not covered so I also have to make sure the weather is descent WAY UP there in Wisconsin. I will drop it off and then stay overnight and head on back the next day. Alleyoop

I should be here as long as the 20 below temps and 15 mph winds tonight don't kill me. Warming up next week.

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for an Aluminun Nikasil 100cc cylinder piston kit 54mm for Yamaha JOG 90 90cc 2T 4DM. Going to try it in some new project. But I need not 1 or 2 kits, but much more. That's why I'm not interested in buying this through ebay by the price of 140+ $. It looks like the kit I need is made in Taiwan by Motori Tec. They do not have an email indicated on their site (or I'm quite stupid to find it), so I've left a message to them through their form "Contact us". But noone replied.
I found a this thread, so it looks like you guys where contacting Motori Tec. How didi you do that? I appreciate if anyone can help me and give their email address.

Found his website, but there is no his email address there, just a contact form to send a request. I have sent and I hope to receive some response, not just like on a MOTORI TEC website where I also sent a request through such form and still waiting... Is it so hard to show email at website?

I have got a reply from Dan Martin, but unfortunately he knows nothing about such manufacturer as MOTORI TEC. Moreover he doesn't deal with 2-stroke engines, but only with 4-stroke. Keep looking for MOTORI TEC contact email...
