A site called spokeo.com that's a new online USA phone book w/personal information.
Everything from pics you've posted on facebook or websites, your approx credit score, pics of where you live, income, age, family members etc... is available for anyone to see!

Remove yourself by:
- Searching your name, find the page containing your information.
- Copy the URL located at the top.
- Look to the bottom right of the page... in tiny letters it says "Privacy"
- Click on the privacy link & paste the URL in the indicated location.
- Confirm email you'll receive to remove listing.

Earthman: I've used that signature for a long time. I use it on all the forums I frequent. You're the first one to comment on it. Previously, I used "Be thankful you don't get all the government you pay for." Which I think is equally as thought provoking.

Is that site Security protected? I would be leary if not, they may just trying to get your IP address and or Email Address, there are a lot of scammers out there has anyone check them out if they are legit.
