Sounds good, but before you start taking it apart make sure the Disc brakes on the frame will fit your engine and wheel.

I hope the frame you have is the same as the old one. The location of mounting tabs for body panels varies a great deal. They will often look similar , but when you come to put on the panels they are out enough you can't put them on...

Looks good! 140KPH that's a little over 65mph correct? Should give you plenty of range on your spedo.
