I need a wiring diagram for a 250cc 4-stroke scoooter,...looks like the honda but it's a 2007 Genmar? Silver with big storage bin. Someone hacked into the wiring and I see 2 regulator rectifiers? The Scoot isn't charging and I found nealry 50 volts coming out of the rectifier and even blew the headlights out! SpeedRacer has a pic of the scooter I'm working on. Any help would be appreciated!
resistance on 3 yel wires from stator: 1.0 A/C voltage from stator 25-70 upon revving

First off Welcome to the Board. You came to the right place for 244cc charging issues that is for sure. There are a few of us that have gone through the same problem. Here is a good thread to help out. It has links to a a few other threads that should help you sort your issue out. www.scooterdoc.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=250cc&thread=1316&page=1You should find a lot of good information in there. Have patients JR is a master with these wiring issues....

Thanks for the help everyone! I finally figured out what happened. First, never assume something that someone tells you. Secondly, start with the basics! Third, found out that the battery was dead in about every cell, the wiring harness was so bad that the grounds weren't even wroking, and one rectifier was the actual one needed; however, the second one was tied in for the stereo? Don't ask why, it doesn't have a radio! This thing was a big pile of Chinese POOP! Anyway, corrected the wiring, replaced the rectifier and stator, life is good,..it runs!
