Finally, someone has done something cool! I've always said why can't we stretch one these? Now let's take a rotax engine, widen the rear tire, extend the stretch, add controls in the grips for the air ride, a stunt crash bar, and lets road race with it! LOL!

Chinese Batteries suck, aka,..Wal-Mart, Autozone, batteries Plus etc. Stick with Interstate or Yuasa Batteries and you'll get more bang for the dollar over a longer period. Never judge something based on price! Fyi- All batteries come with directions how to fill and charge the battery. Always charge at only 2amps on a 12 volt battery. Otherwise you'll cook it~~not good!

at the bottom of the engine, by the left side of the swing arm, is an aluminum looking fitting with a brass screw at the bottom of it,.....unscrew it a lil' bit and see if fuel comes out. If so, be sure it's clear! If it's brown,...drain the fuel, and clean the carb! The pilot jet is probably clogged not allowing fuel to enter. If you dont have that fitting, just remove the carb and inspect internally. Just by turning it upside down will cause fuel to leak and you'll see the same result. Everything you've described as a symptom relates to bad fuel!

Thanks for the help everyone! I finally figured out what happened. First, never assume something that someone tells you. Secondly, start with the basics! Third, found out that the battery was dead in about every cell, the wiring harness was so bad that the grounds weren't even wroking, and one rectifier was the actual one needed; however, the second one was tied in for the stereo? Don't ask why, it doesn't have a radio! This thing was a big pile of Chinese POOP! Anyway, corrected the wiring, replaced the rectifier and stator, life is good,..it runs!

I need a wiring diagram for a 250cc 4-stroke scoooter,...looks like the honda but it's a 2007 Genmar? Silver with big storage bin. Someone hacked into the wiring and I see 2 regulator rectifiers? The Scoot isn't charging and I found nealry 50 volts coming out of the rectifier and even blew the headlights out! SpeedRacer has a pic of the scooter I'm working on. Any help would be appreciated!
resistance on 3 yel wires from stator: 1.0 A/C voltage from stator 25-70 upon revving

I read these messages about the 54B and I really do feel like crying. I don't think my new bike will ever start.I don't know how to do all this stuff. none of it. The bike is brand new, the gas gauge doesn't work. The engine tries to turn over but won't. I think I got a lemon and I don't have any way to fix it. I am royally screwed. What a waste of money. Yes, I am depressed. Anger will be coming shortly. If I can't get it started soon, an attorney will be my next step. You have a bad ground to the engine. Fuel guage is probably a bad sending unit.
