Jim, not trying to put you on the spot but what is your take on the 150-12 Falcon Reverse Trike. It seems to have the 'leaning front wheel' design seen on the Piaggio MP series but wider spaced and it is belt driven thus eliminating the chain and gear box approach that has caused a lot of problems in the 2009 models. Possibly a good move on IBs part. I was visiting the IB home page and I note that they are reference to the Japanese bearings. I take it that they have solved the chatter problem that wildman found was caused by the missing bearings. And why do they show a max speed of 55 on all models regardless of engine size and then show 49mph for the Viking Ruckus clone(they is about correct from my experience)? My dealer friend visited a couple of Ice Bear dealers in Fl. at Christmass and in talking shop they told them that the 10 &11 models were not giving the problems that the earlier ones did. So it looks like IB is addressing the problems now. I am brain picking today

I have not had any experience with this model. I will take a look and do some research.
Yes IB has come along way in the last year. I had made some suggestions to them and it looks like they listened to most of them. I was on the phone with them Friday and explained my dislike for the trunk they added to the Magnum. Basically it is a very cheap trunk. I even said it would be better not to even have a trunk if that was the quality they were going to use. She is passing my concerns on to China. Can't ask for more than that.

Thanks, Jim. Honest dealers like your self need to hold the distributors feet to the fire when they miss the mark. It does not help your sales when they try to do it on the cheap. That applies to any distributor. They can make it cheap or they can make it good. In the long run cheap loses. Let me know what you think about the Falcon. The concept does appears to do away with the tranny problems by using the regular scoot tranny. I think that a 240 or 300 cc engine would have been a better power choice but over all it looks like it might be a winner.

Called IB today and they have not sold any to a B&M Dealer yet, just online drop shippers. So there isn't anyone I can talk to about their experiences with it. The new stock order will be in some time towards the end of April.

Does this mean that the online drop shippers get first shot at thge new products or does it mean that no B&M dealer has ordered it yett? Thanks jim for getting back to me on this. You are the IB "Go To Guy"

I might be wrong but I believe B&M dealers actuall have to buy them and they actually have them in their showroom. And if you buy in volume the price goes down per unit. Alleyoop

Yes us B&M folks have to buy them outright. There is a slight price break if you buy 10 or more units at a time. Where the savings comes in is shipping. The shipping price per piece drops when you buy more than 1. Jim
