Reply 32, You missed some of the posts. The scooter will start dead cold every time and run until the enricher cuts off then it will stall and won't start without giving it throttle. At times it has sat several hours and will not start without giving it gas. If it sits overnight it will start on the first try.
New coil arrived last night and I installed it. The engine was already warm from a ride. Tried to start it up and again no change. This morning after sitting all night it started right up again and then stalled. I actually timed it this time. 1 minute 17 seconds then stalls out.

Speed,
I forget are you running Electric fuel pump on yours? If not I had a simillar issue with my 125. what it ended up being is the gasket at the intake under the breather tube between the carb and head. Might be worth taking that breather tube off and inspecting for cracks or such if you are running the vacuum pump still. As when cold the material could be closed up then when it warms up the crack opens up and then you end up with an air leak and the vacuum would drop causing fuel delivery to drop.

You may also have to turn up the idle a bit. WHen the enricher closes down, the idle screw has to be open enough to give some gas to the cylinder or it will die. When you first start it cold, it should idle high because of the enricher. When it closes, it should idle down to about 1700-2000 rpm.

MTHOMAS, I have the idle set so it's as high as it can go without spinning the rear wheel just under 2000 rpms when engine is warm.

So when you first start it up, does it idle high and then drop?
