Hi Guys
Bought a used 150 Jonway Spray 2007,it revs quite high before pulling away and it only goes up to 6000 to 6500 revs when it runs out of breath.
I have three others and they pull away immediatly when throttle is opened.
Any ideas? (wrong belt size maybe !!!)

Last week I found out that my scoot doesn't like the 13gr sliders that I stuck in. I had to put back in the koso 15gr rollers ( purchased from scrappydog in mid march) after taking a short scoot to the store. Please note I have an A9 cam installed aswell but everything else minus the airfilter is stock. With the 13gr sliders in , the engine rpms were much much higher taking off from a stop and at full throttle I was only able to hit about 45mph max . With the 15gr rollers in, my scooter responds better at lower rpm's and takes right off . Topend is improved aswell . My belt is a gates 835 on a longcase 150cc engine. Bill C.

Welcome to Scooter Doc, weskusklong. I tend to agree with sprocket. Get everything back to stock and new and this will give you a basis for any mods or troubleshooting.

Variator Weights would be a good place to start once your scooter is back to stock Each scooter is different. The setup I have on mine may not work for you. One has to keep at it till its where you want it. Bill C.
