It sounds like it is just tight John...it will take a while for the rings to seat etc.. The aluminium in the oil is not good however... it is probably just from the melt down... and the strainer should get most of it...

No it should be broken in fairly well by 200...can you tell if there is knocking or how it sounds different?

Good ride it and the tapping will reduce by 500 miles.. if it bothers you set it back .001 of an inch to .003 intake and .004 exhaust

Im starting to second guess , I pushed the piston all the all the way up then lined up the cam, the flywheel was not installed , I'm thinking of pulling the valve cover and checking .
If I were off by one tooth how bad would it sound or run ?

It might be the answer to lack of power John. Being off one link could certainly cause that.. it might be one link advanced or one link retarded...
Well worth checking if you have doubts
Also get a good flashlight and make certain the chain is on the bottom sprocket. I have seen scooter where the chain had slipper off to the side. They still ran, just not very well...

power seems normal , just a little weak , I also ordered a 61mm big bore kit . Will I have to bore out the case for it to fit ?

Yes.. you need to bore the case...the tool is about $100. You may find someone in NYC that can do it for you... they usually charge about $50 - $80
Or
buy a new case that has been pre-bored...
Honestly John .. I would buy a new engine at this point... or ride what you have until it drops. You have no idea what damage the melt down has done to the main bearings, the oil pump, etc..may have plugged internal oil passages and without a complete flush you are just guessing to what is going on...
You could add the BBK and have the oil pump fail, or the main crank bearings.. they are open and crap can get right into them...
Just my 2 cents...

the cylinder kit I ordered came with a oil pump , I don't have the tool to remove the upper pully , so i left the old oil pump is the block .
it seems like it is getting better about 95 clicks .

With the BBK? That '95 clicks' is a typo, right? What you have a rocket on that thing?

I do feel negatave about the lower half , I did my best to clean out the alumium pieces , the filter screen did catch some . I will not be surprised to find more at next oil change .
No the big bore kit is not installed and the 95 clicks are chinomiles traveled . After rebuild I kept it under 30 on the chino and have been stepping it up slowly since , Im going to dump the oil this morning first at 30 , second at a 100 so lets see what kind of pieced I find this morning .
