Is that the main fuse near electric swich assembly? If it is then that charging wire which goes via starting relay could be easily changed. Hmm... I don't have that diode so my wiring harness must be different. Or... if my R/R is ok and gives good voltages, maybe I can put one extra wire from R/R to battery with a simple relay connection instead of diode Then I don't need to unwrap all the wires. What do you guys think?

Running another heavier wire in parallel will improve current capacity and also correct any bad connections. You should put the same capacity fuse in the new line and pull the fuse from the old line. There is no need to remove the original wire unless it is shorting out.
The 20 amp fuse on the starter relay is considered to be the main fuse.
