:'(someone please help, my son in law has one of these scooters and it wont start we have bought a new battery,new spark plug are constantly charging battery, but sometimes it starts and others it don't at the end of our tether any ideas would help

Welcome! 2 questions, how many miles are on it and have you ever adjusted the valves? Valves being too tight are frequently the cause of hard starting. There is probably a vid on valve adjustment on youtube.
