Hope this does not bore you, but I had to deal this wonderful news with you. Yesterday morning I became a "Pop" with a wonderful grand daugter born to my eldest son. ;D ;D  Her name is Belle Fleur (Beautiful flower in French) and isn't she a beautiful little flower. Going down to Dunedin tonight to look and see her, but don't think I'll do it on the scoot as it's not to tropical here, had a -3C/27F this morning. Apparently (I'm new to this game) there is a good and a bad grandfather in every childs experience, well I'm going to be the bad grandfather - I'll spoil them rotten!!  |

Congratulations to you and the new parents. She sure is beautiful and I'm sure she will eventually enjoy scootin' thanks to her "Pop".

Congratulations, and yes you will spoil her, we spoil our granddaughters when we have them over and even when we vist my son. But mostly when they stay over night with us(hehe). Staying up Late watching movies and popcorn and ice cream and whatnot. Giveing them things they should not have etc..

Congrats Kiwi!  What a beautiful baby, how did you keep your genes out of the mix? Let's see, let's do the math, you're a grandfather now so add the two and carry the 6.....
That makes your age about..... Just kidding, that's a great thing, I'm sure you're very proud.
Oh.....M/C......you're back.... HAR! Glad you're back buddy, the place wasn't the same without you. So for Kiwi's grandbaby, and M/C's return...

Thanks everyone - just back from doing the granddad thing, holding babies and lots of photos. She was only 5 days old and I've already told her we're going to eat lots of icecreams together. I'm hundred percent sure she nodded. ;D
