hi i have 150CC 4 STROKE SCOOTER import chinease its a zongshin volicity. well i was out and got caught in a storm got off and went in a local tim hortons had a donut and watched a bolt of lighting hit my bike. so after it stoped raining i went to check it out had no power called my frined with a truck to pick it up. got home removed the cowl to find ignition and all wires and pulgs melted and burned so i fighure it was project time. i removed all wires except cdi box wich was undamaged i made my own ignition by running wires from my cilanoid to my front cowl making a button the starts the engine and made a engine kill switch by installing a flip switch to the 2 wires behind the coil wich all works out great but i cant figured out the wiring for the signals. i got a new flasher box 3 wire grey black and green i know green is ground black is power and grey goes to switch wich had to get a new one cause it was melted but dont know were wires go in to switch or how to wire the signals. annyone know were to see or download a signal wiring diagram a simple one that only shows signals or maby someone could draw a quick one up and post in a reply or hell email it to me at zalfear@hotmail.com ty

Here's how I wired my flasher on my naked scoot. As I remember, it was just a matter of matching up wire colors after that. Since yours were melted you'll have to consult Sprocket's diagram. Rich

thanx guys got it figured out took awhile i was putting the grey flasher wire to the wrong spot on the switch once i figured that out it was smooth sailing now to figure out head light and break light ill go with head light first since i know it runs off the magneto and not to battery and theres only like 3 wires that come off whats left of it if i cant figure it out maby ill run it to battery and install a flip switch to turn it on and off
