Frankly I would drill it large and use different sized fittings to restrict the flow if required... that way you aren't frigging with the engine, just changing a couple of fittings...to change the pressure characteristics
I think I would restrict the out-flow for pressure and leave the in-flow as large as possible...
Just my gut feeling on this...

I emailed the company who sell this product from alibaba.com and asked the cost. This company will sell to individuals. You would think buying from the distributor it would be a little cheaper but I got a quote of $193.00 for the above setup plus $39.30 shipping to my home from Tiawan with 5 day delivery time. Was just curious as to what that setup costed. Now I know.
