Hi all, looks like my rear tire on my Roketa 250cc MC54B scooter is flat. Is there a video or link of how I can remove the rear tire.
Thanks
Brian M

This applies to motorcycle tires but the procedure is the same:

I believe that he is asking how to remove the rear wheel assembly on his scoot...not how to remove the tire from the wheel.....the way these stiff 60 series tires are....a real tire machine works better and will not destroy the aluminum wheel....first...loosen the rear axle nut first with the scoot on the ground....do not remove just yet...makes it easier to hold the tire while using a 1/2 drive socket and brake over bar.....then place scooter on center stand...remove muffler bolts....lossen bolt on exhaust pipe...remove the muffler assembly....then remove the rear brake caliper ....don't disconnect the hose just let the caliper hang from the hose...remove the rear shock....I opened a hole in the seat pan bottom to remove the top shock bolt...then the aluminum bracket that holds the rear axle....the rear wheel will be able to be removed....also replace the valve stems if you have not already done so to American made units...the china stuff comes apart.... I think the stem size is .343..I used 90 degree chrome units that have two lock nuts to attach the stem....give it a try....
