Your fault my friend, always Pay with PAYPAL, it is very easy to get an account using a charge cared. Then you can dispute the product with Paypal and they will get involved and refund your credit card. Alleyoop

Well what are you going to dispute if your going to use it?? If you use it IT IS YOURS you have nothing to dispute. You can of course give them a bad review but that is about all if your going to use the part and not return it!!
I buy over $15,000.00 a year on ebay and pay with paypal. I have been doing this for years now. I have had only a couple disputes and paypal has credited my card for the funds.
Also if it is a piece that needs to be the same as what you have or must fit exactly I always Ask the Seller for Specifics, If he cannot give me the specifics I DO NOT BUY IT very simple. And you cannot go by the picture shown, most will say product may differ from picture. Just look at the scooters people buy online then when they get it something is not the same as it was shown in the picture.
Just be smart and ASK questions first then decide if you want to take a chance or not. Alleyoop

I have to agree....if you intend on using the part, then what can you dispute. I mean that is like going out to dinner and ordering something. Then when the food comes you are not happy with it BUT instead of complaining about it when the waiter asks during the meal, you eat it all but a tiny bit and THEN complain and request something else or $ back. If your not happy, DO NOT use the part and send it back IF they accept returns. I am not trying to be ignorant BUT the point is follow through with your complaint.
