SCOOTER WON'T START STRONG CRANKING ....LIGHTS OR RADIO DOES'NT COME ON BATTERY FULLY CHARGED..SCOOTERS WATER-COOLED IT'S NEW HAS ONLY (363 MILES) ALL FLUID LEVELS ARE CORRECT...SPILLED CONTAINER OF OIL AND ANTIFREEZE IN UNDER SEAT IT DRIPPED ONTO RELAY BOX,,GOT FULL TANK OF GAS ATFER INSPECTING RELAY BOX DISCONNECTED BOX THEN WIPED IT OFF ..RECONNECTED BOX NOW BUTTON WHILE DEPRESSING BRAKE (KILL SWITCH OFF) SCOOTER WON'T CRANK....PLEASE ADVISEI

There is a fuse in the relay connector. Check that first.

WHERE IS FUSE...IN THE RELAY CONNECTER IS THAT DIFFERENT FROM THE SINGLF MAIN FUSE HODER IF SO WHERE IS IT LOCATED ..ANY PIC'S OF IT'S LOCATION

There's an access panel at the back of the seat bucket to get to the fuse box, and tail lights.
You already checked the fuse next to the battery, nicht?

That kill switch has to be on for scooter to start, check out your CDI make sure all wires are connected.
