Has anyone checked out the parts on E-bay that zoomboys, of St. Petersburg, FL is selling? What the heck is going on with these guys? Instrument panel bulb, 12v 1.7 w for $31.99! That bulb is available at the local auto parts store for $1.09! Now that's what I call a right nice profit, or maybe just a rip-off!

just trolling for idiots with their ebay store. kind of like price differences between walmart and sams club. you assume it is a good price because of where you are looking. lots of diferent prices are out there for the same headlight bulb my 150 uses. I bought a box of 12 from a snowmobile dealer on ebay for about what some charge for a pair of bulbs. a computer allows you to shop.

What I would do is ask a question about the price and tell him where anybody can get it for a buck or two(HEHE). I bet he will change the price in a minute it most likely is an error on there which happens a lot. I know I have corrected some of the sellers stuff and they thanked me for doing it.

Three things I have found interesting are;

#1 It a buy it now for $1.99 and seems like a Super Deal, then shipping is $15.99. LOL! I do remember long time ago there were complaints that things like that not cost that much to ship. But, it came down to it is Shipping and Handling and the labor for handling a lot more than shipping. ;D

#2 I have actually seen the same stores do the same exact product, one price be reasonable and the other price outrageous. I think it kind of a play to get a person to grab the good deal quick before all that left is the expensive. OR, just a play that some think if it cost more it has to be better.

#3 It the same product but different prices and shipping, usually when you do the math, they the same price.

There are more than 3 Ha!

I search the Internet. Just like Scooter Tires on eBay, I can get them a lot cheaper off the Internet and good name brands, if that really matter.

The bottom line, we not have to buy, and always research the Internet for other places to buy. I have found good deals on eBay not say they not there. But, it a Buyer Beware!

One day I tell you about seller reviews! Woot!

I think I messaged those guys to ask what is up with the price on something. I think it was like 10 to 15 times what it should be. I was told they were out of stock and rather than take the listing down they just increased the price.

I did message them and informed them that what was being sold could be purchased at any local auto supply store for miniscule amount conpared to what they were asking! I still think they are a rip-off company!

to take the listing down means they no longer pay ebay fees, to change price to higher means they still pay fees and if it's a lot more in price i believe the fee's are even higher. they are trolling for a sucker. john
