It ranges from 3-500 depending If the tags are current or not. But there are so many for 300 and cheap parts everywhere here. I paid $300 for my orange one..was purple with broken plastics. I bought new plastics ($150) and had them painted ($75) and here it is.  My blue one i paid $400 for it since the tags where good and i have done nothing to this one.  |

Gotta love cheap scooters in Puerto Rico There are a few right now for even as low as $200 but with no current tags which will run you about $175.00 but well worth it. |

what does current tags have to do with anything? here, it dont matter if you have current tags. you have to get one regardless, plus registration, only way around it is if you already have a tag and you transfer it from a different vehicle to the one your trying to tag. mine ran about 175 too.

the difference is when your scooter gets its tag for the 1st time it will always be the same month FOREVER. So, if i buy a scooter in march and the tags went out in october the previous year I have to pay the full fee to cover the entire year and it would still expire in october. Where as in the states I lived in, it would change to when it was put in my name.
