This blue LEDS go right under the H4 Bulbs and Man they are bright! Just put these on my site but they are not cheap lol

if your talking about the Blue LEDS i am pretty sure they are illegal to be turned on by themselves like in the picture but if you turn on your headlights with them i dont think they would be illegal. I would check with a cop in your area and ask him. I bought these off ebay
