:(well i killed the battery today.....had to remove tray under seat and seat itself.....this is an efi scooter.....i got to the battery and put some pig tails on it and am currently charging via....battery tender.....scooter is about six months old....and weather has been really fairly mild for this time of year.but the lights were left on for at least 2 hours before i noticed...had to remove courtesy light plug and brake plug to get bucket out...... the battery is a stock kymco but as i noticed ...10 amps.....i am hoping it will start...once the green light comes on....and wondering if i will need to connect the brake light plug for it to start....but i think not....trying to avoid having to put seat and bucket back in and tighten everything up.....to see if it will start.....and just start with kick stand up... any suggestions on what to do if it still does not turn over...i am thinking put in a new spark plug and maybe get a new battery that will fit in the case with 12 amp rating..i am under the warranty but really don't want to trail-or the scooter and ride an hour or so to the dealer to address if its just the battery....turned over fine this am...but as i left the key on...it drained.........other suggestions?

its a long story...but its a korean ms3-250 (hyosung).....same as united motors x-citing 250...
had it fixed ...was off tdc.....they got it going .....rode it for about 3 days.....came to a stop light and it just died on me......got it back to my house/garage.....lucky i was close by....
i think the cam tensioner...is loose.....causing the chain to slip.....i will know more when i remove the valve cover....and get into the cams...if everything loose ...thats a good thing....
at least i hope this is what it is......its an efi which was re-flashed...approaching at this point as a mechanical problem ...not electrical.....

That sound like the valves went shut or need some adjustment, I'd start there first:) I know valve problems can cause stalling, I've been there and done that.
