If you can turn your engine by hand clockwise on the stator with the plug out there is nothing seriously wrong with the crank and valve train. The way your voltage drops when you hit the starter I'm thinking you have a burned up starter. The click you're hearing is probably the solenoid engaging so I think that is OK. Pull your starter out and hold the mount to the engine case to ground it or use a cable. Then hit the starter button and see if it spins. If the starter just grunts or clicks it's probably a bad starter. Shalom72c went through this last year. I PM'd him and asked him to look at this thread. Rich

I took a look at your videos . Pull the starter ! If your getting a click click , it shoud be replaced asap. Mine was working one minute then stopped and all I was getting was a click click when testing it ith the solenioid . Bashan remembers the h#%^ it put me through till I got it figured out and it was replaced. It turned out there was engine oil and fluid inside the starter motor itself which was keeping it from starting the engine (and giving me a 'click click when trying to turn the engine over). Also check your timing chain tensioner aswell. There should be constant pressure on the timing chain and no slackness of any type when turning the engine crankshaft and valve cam shaft. Might also check your timing ( engine top dead center and camshaft at the timing marks . Reguardles, I would replace the starter immmediatly and take it from there ! will c. ;D
