Good Luck, did you Mark the Chain and Cam Sprocket before you took it off so that you won't be off a chain link. Alleyoop

It is $286, at their place, on anniversary. Anyway, I got it all the way back together, compression is still very low, 40 to 50 psi. I'm having my dad change out valve rods. He thinks if the rods are bent even a little bit then the compression will be off, so, that is the very last thing to try before new engine, or new scooter, yes?

The ring stagger is very important on the GY6 engine.. if its isn't right you won't get 1000 miles out of a set of rings Attachments:

I staggered, the problem is the valve rods were bent, therefore leaked & bad to no compression. Costs 2 hours of labor to fix though. $65 an hour.

This is what was wrong. There exists a seal that sits behind rod that is in head. The seal can out. It is back in & scooter is good to go

Got a problem, signals aren't working correctly, & battery was low in juice after diving to work & lunch. Any simple ideas of what is wrong?

Sounds like your battery isn't getting charge from the stator..could also be the rectifier/regulator etc...
