It won't start I'll check electrical this weekend NOW you see what we mean, what kind of crap is that, YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN what that means. 1. When I press the start button it spins the starter and turn the motor over but it won't fire. 2. When I press the start button IT DOES NOTHING. 3. When I press the start button I hear a click, click sound. Different Problems mean different things to check. Come on Help us Help you. The scoots are pretty easy machines but there are many parts to it and each one will make it act differently sometimes it can be more than one thing. So explain in detail what you do and what it does and none of this IT WON'T START. For all we know it could be a weak battery. Or Killswitch is not on the run position. Alleyoop

Ok, I was in a rush back to work, & had to drive van back. Scooter turns over, really day, too fat, appears there is no spark. If you take out the spark plug & turn it over it spins very easily, too easily, too fast. Does that help? Oh & I cant get but one person to look at it for $75 an hour, & it's 45 min drive. But scooter isn't working, do I would need him to come get it for a fee.

If you take the Spark Plug out and crank it IT WILL TURN FAST because there is not compression going on(THAT IS NORMAL).
So take the spark plug and put it BACK ON THE COIL WIRE and then HOLD THE SPARK PLUG WIRE by the RUBBER BOOT and HOLD THE SPARK PLUG TO THE MOTOR and HIT THE START BUTTON and crank it and SEE IF THE spark plug is FIREING. It should be sparking when you hold it to the Motor or Valve Cover. Let us know if when you do that the Spark Plug is FIREING. Alleyoop

Ya.. the metal of the spark plug must be touching bare metal on the frame or engine... and you must try and start the scooter. I had guy once trying this test and he told me there was no spark...he waited 10 minutes holding the plug to the engine and the spark never came!
I then realised he never hit the start button...he must have thought that the spark just appeared...from somewhere ...when the key was turned on...
true story...
Hold the break lever , hit the star button..see if you get a blue spark and ZAP sound

There must be something wrong with the engine. The compression is gone. The spark plug was ruined & the spark plug hole was striped out. I think either a new engine or new scooter is in order. new engine or new scooter.

Well just sign up for photobucket its Free. Then you can post Videos and Pictures, send them to someone by email etcc.
Well the best you can do is talk to one of the online dealers that have a banner on the forum and ask all the questions you want and if you feel they will do you right then you can order from them. And may I say ALWAYS ask if the MOTOR IS NEW AND NOT REBUILT. Alleyoop

I got a new engine in, it's running & it sounds great. I have little things to do. I'm going to run it to 50 miles then change the oil, the left rear blinker isn't plugged in, the horn isn't working so I'm worried the battery isn't charging, so I'll ready charging system. Anything else I should besides vary the speed during 300 mile beak in period?
