Alleyoop, when I stop at lights, the idle needle gauge doesn't move up or down, just idle gets jerking and missing, but it doesn't stalls, it almost reminds me of a harley, the way they run. rpm's are around 1800-1900 at idle. I also realized that I posted the wrong spark plug, I can repost the right, the one that I should have posted, the whitl is darken.

Yes, the plug looks good, now you where saying JERKING we have to get this right. Jerking and the RPMS not bounceing are you sure its not the CVT causeing the problem. The jerking does the scoot want to move? Could be your Idle is to HIGH after it gets warmed up.
Do this after you ride it and get it nice and high put it on the center stand and see if the REAR WHEEL is spinning. If So lower the Idle so it JUST WANTS to Turn, It may turn a little but VERY SLOW. Alleyoop

I did that the other night and your right the wheel was spining, but the rpm's were only about 1800, then I did turned down and it stop, It seems when I'ver been riding for a while it starts, today as I got to work it was doing the same thing, rpm's were about 1700. when at stop lights, the rmp's aren't that high and sometimes the rpm's will drop, but then slowly go back up. and today I did notice it starting stubble, so I back off throddle and it seem to recover.

I don't know if anybody suggested it yet but spray around the carb with WD-40 and see what happens. I forget what it means but when the electrode on a plug is white but the metal on the plug body exposed to the engine is black there is an air problem. What shape is your air filter in? Yes, check the valves.

Sure enough my clamp from carb to air box was striped, thats why at high speeds my scoot was cutting out. So I replaced both intake to carb clamp and the clamp from carb to air box, seems to be running good, going to test drive later today.
