Since a 150 trike is a bit underpowered stock for highway use and a 250/300cc or more is so much more expensive, I wonder what it would take to weld up a frame for grafting 2 identical new 150cc motor/wheels into a trike configuration. with higher gearing and both wheels to drive it with, that might be a lesser expensive way to cruise the highways. a dual throttle cable and going around a corner .....both wheels with power, but would have slightly different ratios from the cvt.
all it is going to take is a welder with a desire for a trike. john

Why even bother with that just stick a 300cc motor on a 150 trike. What hurts the trikes is the weight mine weighs in at 350 lbs and I weigh 180 so moving a heavy object off the line is quite a bit for a 150. You need more power so you can get the weight moving then once the weight is moving the motor does not have to work so hard and you can then work on speed. Alleyoop

I wold love to do that with the exception of finding tires in the rear that can handle the heat.

I am sure it would fit, actually mine is really a 250 frame so a few mods on the Frame Motor mounts and Whola. Except of course you then have to COOL the sucker and will need a Radiator and fan and wireing etc.. So it is not as easy as dropping in a V8(HAHA). Alleyoop
