Set the valve gaps again...go .003 INCH intake .004 INCH exhaust...that scooter is beatin' itself to death I would guess the gaps are over .010... the engine must be cold...like overnight cold...

agree the valves gap is too much they need to be alittle tighter and you need to put the bracket on the muffler or the vibrations will break it off glad to see and here it running the way i adjusted the valves is set the motor at top dead center and adjust the valves so i just can move the rockers with my fingers and not use a feeler gage as it is hard to get one in the tight space
