I have 250cc Roketa scooter battery cable got transposed now scooter won’t start (no power) changed all fuses still won't start. Will a bad CDI box cause the scooter not to have power (no electricity)?

Did you check the Main Fuse on the RED WIRE coming off the Battery, that is usually around a 20A fuse that is your main fuse from the battery. Alleyoop

I changed all Fuses - the one by the battery (RED WIRE) and the one on the right lower side of the scooter. still no power.

Pop a multimeter across your battery to check if you`ve still got voltage in there. I put the wires on the wrong way once and it popped a cell in the battery leaving it dead as a dodo. If you`ve got voltage in the battery, check if you`ve got voltage to the red wire at the key switch. If you have, then check voltage at the black wire on the key switch with the switch on. The feed (red) wire is normally straight from the battery to the key switch with a fuse inline, CDI has nothing to do with it.
