Micfly, .................. get into detail about what you have tried so far. Is it new? Did it just start this? Normally you will not have a choke but an electrically operated enricher. These scooters need the valves set as part of the pdi when new. When is the last time yours had the valves checked for clearance? It would be nice if you put in your profile where you live as some times that may have some thing to do with what advice you would be given as to tuning your scooter.

After it starts does it IDLE HIGH then LOW then HIGH meaning the IDLE is bounceing up and down. Does it still bounce after the motor is nice and warm at least 5 minutes? Alleyoop

it starts pretty easy when idleing ive gotten ot a little more steady. but it still dies. i really have to work the throttle. if i have it almost wide open its ok. as i let off the gas, thats when it starts getting tricky and dies. it will idle for about 2seconds when i first start it. its almost as if that moment of idle used the gas that was in the line. does that make sense to you? and i havent been able to keep it running for 5 min. 2or3 tops.

The valves on a 50cc scooter are only gapped at .002 inch. It doesn't take much for them to tighten up and you lose compression. Running it full throttle is the only way it works. Read the tech section here on how to adjust your valves and you should be fine.

Have you changed all the vacuum and fuel lines yet? These Chinese scooters get lean in a hurry. Do that, adjust the valves and you'll see a big difference.
