Hey there everyone I'm from down under i have an ATV with a 150cc gy6 engine that i have rebuilt with a 61mm big bore kit

just yesterday i finished rebuilding it and have to re wire it and then i will post a photo of the finished product.

good to have you on the forum, and by all means put up pics of your ride. We all like to see what everyone is riding.
Most of us use PHOTOBUCKET to load up pictures and then copy and paste them on here. It is free and easy to use.

Welcome! I am also into boring out the valve cylinders just did it on my 06 GTO I am hitting 500 horses around. Welcome and would love to see the pics. Try using www.tinypic.com alot easier and faster to post pics IMHO.

Bit of an update

Im still getting an ignition coil and starter solenoid as i found out mine are both stuffed so i will be up and running as soon as i get them.

Another update

Its running now just got it fired up today and ran it for 10 mins and am going to change the oil once it is fully cooled down then the run in begins.

While it was running the valve cover got really hot like touch it for 5 seconds and you will be burnt hot, i dont know if thats normal? The carb settings are the same as stock so no new jets or anything havent changed anything.

Do i need to adjust the richness or what help :/

I'd test drive ATV first before making and changes, your carb will let know if it needs to be adjusted.
