Personally, I prefer the KY brand, it warms up and starts this tingling sensation and WHEWWWY!! you are on your way brother. That is if that's what you meant by LUBRICANT.

Either Belray White or PJ-1. I've used both fairly successfully on my bikes. On my old non-O ring chains I applied it every 100 miles. On the new O and X ring chains you do it every 300-500 miles or after riding in the rain-immediately.
