Back again... smh So I gapped (gap was soo small and mpg was worse than a car) the plug and put it back. Then I noticed it was going a little slower, so I firured it was a too big of a gap.(.035) When I pulled it out it was the same small gap Why did this happen? IE: I installed a 100cc 50mm bbk Enigine is a GY6 139QMB Same spark plug I bad when I got the scooter (A7TC)

I'm guessing the piston is hitting the plug. Did you check if the piston sticks out of the cylinder at tdc when the bbk was installed? The plug may be threading to far into the head. You can add another compression ring on the plug.

Also what damage might have occurred if that is the problem?

No damage since the piston is just nipping it. What plug are you using by the way the number on the plug. It may be you have the wrong length plug and is to long and protruding to far into the chamber. Or due to the BBK the piston is moving to far up OR the timing is to RETARDED allowing the piston to travel all the way up before it fires. Alleyoop

What is the number of the plug you have in there? If you do not answer questions how are people supposed to help? Alleyoop

Sorry the plug is A7TC
The non resistor type. Same plug that came with it.
I posted the plug type in the initial posting.
