Well I just got a wrecked Shan (Shen) YY250T. I know it ran to the scene of the wreck, but have no other knowledge of the scooter. I have no key. I picked it up from an auction after it was salvage titled. There is a good deal of fairing damage, but it looks like mostly cosmetic damage. I see a lot of helpful people here, and was wondering where to get parts, and first off, where to get a key. Any help for a true greenhorn would be appreciated.

you can get parts from Tvnacman or cookies or rapidjim. (i will pm you who is the best among the three.) btw buying a chinese scoot with a salvage title is not worth the headache, well i'll buy a salvaged tmax, well worth it. anyway, welcome to the club!!

Although we've been known to help scooter-doc's with any used parts we may have on hand, we really don't have an internet parts operation. Good thing is... the YY250T is a mass produced scoot, so you should be able to find most parts you will need.
