First of thank you guys for taking your time to help me So this is what happened, I was driving back from work and stopped at a stop light and all of a sudden my engine stopped. When i try to start it makes the same sound as this video I forgot to mention i put a 50mm bbk it was running for like 2 weeks So far i have check for spark, changed; fuel and vac lines, filter, carb, changed spark plug and coil, did valve adjustments, took out the bbk and put the original one back on (i don't have compression tester) the bbk seem fine though . The only thing i can think of, is that i burned the engine q.q cause when i took out the bbk it smelled like bad burned oil so my question is what other things can cause a scooter to not start? Again thank your time

See that VACUUM LINE coming off the INTAKE MANIFOLD, Take it off wherever it connects to and get a spoon or get a cup and squeeze it to make a point and hold the VACUUM line up and pour a little gas straight into the INTAKE connect the hose back up and try to start it. With gas directly down the intake it should fire at least one it may even start and die. If it does then we know it is a FUEL DELIVERY problem. Get back on the results. Alleyoop

First I'd do what Alleyoop said to do, I would also check the front intake manifold clamp, it could be loose, happened to me today, stop at stop sign and scoot shut off, (yep, intake clamp was loose) easy fix, got the exaust clamp holding, need a clamp for intake, still looking because it needs a skinny clamp.

If a little gas was poured directly into the Intake Manifold and IF you had SPARK and COMPRESSION it would have at LEAST FIRED ONCE.
So one of the two is the problem NO SPARK or NO COMPRESSION.
For checking spark you have to hold the SPARK plug ON THE MOTOR. If you hold it on the FRAME it my fire on the frame but not on the motor. If the Ground wire from the motor to frame is missing or bad the SPARK PLUG will NOT FIRE WHEN IN THE MOTOR. Most will put the WIRE FROM the frame to the One of the VALVE COVER BOLTS that is a good ground for the motor.
If you do not have a COMPRESSION tester take the plug out and stick your finger in the hole and hold it nice and snug in the hole. THEN HOLD THE THROTTLE wide open and crank it. If it has descent compression it will blow your finger off the hole, If you feel a little pressure then you do not have enough compression for the motor to run.
Also make sure the killswitch is on the run position: You can also take the KILLSWITCH out of the CDI to make sure it is not grounding out by a faulty switch. Alleyoop
The TOP WIRE ON THE 2 PLUG on the CDI is the KILLSWITCH WIRE , it is usually a BLACK AND WHITE WIRE, take that out of the CDI PLUG and see if starts. This is to eliminate the switch is grounding out the CDI.

Sorry for the real late reply I have been real busy at work. but once again ty for all the replies.
but so far I tried everything except adding fuel to the intake manifold to try to start it up, so i ended up just buying another complete engine since it was pretty cheap like $200 and cause well this is my only transportation to work. However I am going to still try to get it to run and will post it once it does.

I like to remove the manifold and carb , and spray fresh gas down the hole while cranking . Adjusting the valves before doing anything would be a good idea .
