Sorry Luke ☎, I know you get sick of me editing your posts but I really felt this one needed a little extra attention; it's a great post by the way.

First, no one should discount the horrible tragedy the scumbag kidnapper put these women through. We don't have punishments commensurate with a crime of this nature.

But then the guy's rescue speaks volumes on the state of America on many levels. It provokes a race discussion that turns.....um....spirited. Just read the comments on Luke ☎'s Youtube link! If a white girl runs to a black guy's arms it's so egregiously bizarre that a horrible crime must have happened; it did.

Then the hero won't tell the dispatcher his address because he knows the police will come to his house with AK-47s. It's funny, sad, true, and pathetic all at the same time.

Then the guy, who probably just wants his life to go on as usual, becomes a mega-viral internet sensation. His life will never, ever, be even close to the same, sane, or normal; it's funny, sad, true, and pathetic.

i just can't exhaust thinking how the kidnapping lasted for 10yrs, mygad!!! them inside the dungeon? it's impossible, there were at least a big chance for them both to escape,i mean that is ten long years. not 1yr honey!....how are they being fed? didn't they see sunlight for ten years??? my goodness....this 3suspects need to be seated in the electric chair. that is tooooooo inhumane shyet!. sorry i really can't contain my anger towards these castro brothers... AND he even got the girl pregnant??? Oh my word...really this is something.

One is the one brother is charged and right now the other two not charged. Who knows, that may change too.

Two is that one girl gave him a baby and one girl no comment yet and the third girl had been pregnant 5 times. For this she got two weeks of starvation and several beatings in the stomach so she would abort.

Three is that they ended up being kept in rooms upstairs, not in the basement.

Thus case is a real mess. So much more is likely to come apparent as time goes by.
